METHOD OF PREPARING COMPLEX ADDITIVE FOR CONCRETE MIX (VERSIONS) Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: preparation of additives for cement compositions; applicable in manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: method is realized by mixing of mineral filler, plasticizer and inorganic setting accelerator. Components are mixed by their dry grinding to specific surface of 2000-6000 sq.cm/g, with the following amounts of components, wt.%: mineral filler, 75-87.5; plasticizer, 5-10; inorganic setting accelerator, 7.5-15. Mixing of components is carried out in presence of plaster of Paris or dehydrate gypsum by their dry grinding to obtain specific surface of material of 2000-6000 sq. cm/g. In this case amounts of components are as follows, wt.%: mineral filler, 36-80; plasticizer, 5-12; inorganic setting accelerator, 5-12; plaster of Paris or dehydrate gypsum, 10-40.
