FIELD: binding materials production. SUBSTANCE: binder of low water consumption is produced by mechanical/chemical treatment up to 4000 - 7000 см2/г , specific surface, that is their combined grinding Portland cement clinker, mineral additions, calcium sulfate and dry modifier with hardening intensifier, organic water absorbing agent. The dry modifier comprises hardening intensifier and organic water absorbing agent in the ratio of 3:7 up to 7:3 by weight with sodium or calcium sulfate being the hardening intensifier. Superplasticizer C-3 based on sodium sulfate produced in combined condensation of naphthalanesulfonic acid and formaldehyde or lignosulfonates are used as organic water absorbing agent. Amount of dry modifier is specified by preliminary production of a series of binder samples and producing viscous mass portions of normal viscosity with introducing dry modifier in the first sample amounted for 1.5 per cent of Portland cement clinker weight and further endurance for 5 - 15 min and controlling for water separation on the surface of the mass. When water separation being available next samples of binder are prepared with subsequent decreasing amount of dry modifier up sample without water separation on the surface. This sample is reference one for optimum amount of dry modifier. EFFECT: binding material of low water consumption. 2 cl, 1 tbl
