FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: desired product represents complex on the base of acyclic amine. Acyclic amine is used as reagent 1; macrocycle polyether, namely dibenzo-18-crawn-6 (D-18-C-6), is used as reagent 2. D-18-C-6 is applied on the surface of pyrogenic alumina, the process is carried out in organic solvent by mixing, mass ratio of D-18-C-6 and alumina being 0.02-0.6: 1. Thus prepared product is applied into aqueous solution of acyclic amine and mixed within 3-4 h. Desired product is separated by filtration. Proposed preparation is used intraperitoneally, dose being 500-700 mg/kg. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method. 1 tbl
