FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: alkane-oxidizing yeast Candida maltosa is cultured on fermentation medium containing n-decane as a source of carbon and energy before transfer of culture to the stationary growth phase. Inoculum material is added at final concentration 1.3 g/l, not less. Then biomass is separated, disrupted, and microsome fraction is isolated. Method ensures to prepare microsome fraction showing high enzymatic activity and high content of cytochrome P-450. EFFECT: improved method of microsome fraction preparing. 2 dwg, 1 tbl
