FIELD: refrigerating engineering. SUBSTANCE: working gas under increased pressure and liquid are separately supplied. Prior to supply of liquid, it is subjected to vacuum treatment, foaming and spraying. Part of gas is subjected to momentary preliminary expansion at simultaneous cooling of it after which part of gas is fed to common flow and is subjected to expansion and subcooling. Gases separated during foaming of liquid are fed to common gas flow and the entire flow is subjected to ionization. Device has housing with mixing chamber, sprayer, chamber for momentary expansion of part of gas flow, device for gas ionization and fairing mounted in housing coaxially forming circular passage for gas.
