FIELD: degassing of make-up water, drainage liquid and natural water. SUBSTANCE: method consists in changing the hydrodynamic characteristics of flow forming acoustic waves and cavitation. Flow is additionally acted on by flow of gas over periphery; flow of gas in directed towards liquid outlet. At outlet, gas-and-liquid jet is crushed, liquid is divided into several jets and is blown by inclined flow of gas. Device for realization of this method has chamber for treatment of liquid with set of elastopliable plates in casing. Inner plates are corrugated and outer plates are provided with holes. At outlet, plates are connected by means of springs and shield with needles and holes is mounted after them; device is provided with additional chamber. Casing and additional chamber has gas supply branch pipes. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 cl, 6 dwg
