FIELD: manufacture of cathode-ray tubes. SUBSTANCE: proper amount of polymer binder chosen from group incorporating gelatine, polyamide, polyethyleneoxazoline, polybutylmethylmetacrylate, polyisobutylmetacrylate, polyvinylpyridine, polyvinyl alcohol, polytrifluoridethylmetacrylate and nitrocellulose is dissolved in solvent to form solution with concentration of binding agent from 0.5 to 5.0 per cent by mass. Luminophor particles are injected into solution to form coat of binding agent on them, then luminophor particles treated on surface are dried. Binding agent provides for necessary triboelectric charge of luminophor particles in process of electrophotographic manufacture of screen. EFFECT: improved quality of screens. 5 cl, 3 dwg, 2 tbl
