FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at development of multipurpose electronic relay combining starting relay and system of posistor protection into one device. Starting part of relay is supplemented with resistor current pickup connected with one lead-out to power resistor and with second lead-out to network voltage. Symmetric thyristor coupled with anode to starting winding and with cathode to current resistor and with controlling electrode to point of connection of power posistor and current resistor through diode-resistor circuit is used as electronic key. EFFECT: increased starting and protection characteristics, enhanced operational reliability. 2 cl, 2 dwg
