SUBSTANCE: this apparatus incorporates source of vacuum with pneumatic switching members, which communicates with cavity of each waveguide through pipe positioned on coniform portion of corresponding tract transition portion in plane passing to center of broader wall of its input triangular waveguide on which face is disposed sealing gasket, for example fluorplastic gasket, 0.1 to 0.5 mm in thickness. Space of dielectric waveguide functioning as air conduit is confined by waveguide rod and stiffening ribs.
