FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: assembly has ellipse-shaped reflector and thermal radiator mounted at the first focal point of the reflector. Light guide with total internal reflection is introduced into the assembly. The light guide is made in form of a truncated cone. Larger base of the cone is matched to the second focus of the reflector. Side surface of the cone is covered with current-conducting material and provided with external dielectric envelope. Size of smaller base of the light guide is equal to d, thickness of current-conducting layer is equal to l₁, thickness of the dielectric envelope is equal to l₂; the thicknesses are related by specific equation.
