METHOD OF MOUNTING RESERVOIR WITH FLOATING COATING AND DEVICE FOR MAKING FLOATING COATING Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: manufacture of reservoirs. SUBSTANCE: method consists in mounting the bottom, wall and bearing uprights of floating coating, applying the anti- adhesive layer and making the floating coating from composite material. Floating coating is made by dusting the composite compound on working surface of device placed on bearing uprights for floating about central upright; in the course of making part of floating coating, device is turned about central upright by means of traction mechanism, thus freeing part of its working surface from under ready section of floating coating; bearing flats of uprights are raised after device being moved to mark of lower plane of floating coating; besides that, heat- transfer agent is fed under guard envelope and to interior of sections of device. Device for making the floating coating having the working flat and central upright is made in form of dismountable assembled flat which consists of hollow hermetic sections provided with inlet branch pipes, holes and baffle plates for discharge of heat-transfer agent, framework, guard envelope; device provided with central upright is connected for rotation through 360 deg.
