FIELD: heat power engineering. SUBSTANCE: system has regenerative heaters 8-11 of low pressure and system heaters 12,13. The second heater in the direction of water flow is made up as a heater of mixing type. Pipe line 15 for discharging condensate from the first system heater 12 is connected to the steam space of regenerative heater 9 and provided with separate condensate pump 19. Pipe lines 15 for discharging condensate from regenerative heater 9 and system heater 13 is connected with the inlet of common condensate pump 6 of the second stage of main condensate through mixer-homogenizer 22 or through condensate collector 21 of system heater 13. Pressure difference between levels of positioning of regenerative heater 9 and system heater 13 over the height exceeds pressure difference in steam outlets. Check valve 16 is mounted in pipe line of regenerative heater 9. A control valve, controlled by pickup 18 of water level inside system heater 13, is mounted in the line of the main condensate upstream of regenerative heater 9.
