FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used for modernization of thermal turbine plants at thermal power plants (TPP). Heating plant turbine plant containing connected steam power boiler with steam superheater, district heating turbine with controlled industrial and thermal extraction, network heater, condenser, condensate electric pump, system of regenerative heaters of low pressure, deaerator, nutrient electric pump, high pressure regenerative heating system, additionally comprises steam helical machine, with output shaft of which electric generator is connected, connected by steam inlet to industrial turbine selection via group of control valves and by steam output to additional network heater, in parallel to which bypass pipeline equipped with electrified gate valve is built into network pipeline.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of thermal power plants due to increased generation of electric energy with wider range of regulating temperature of supply water and higher maneuverability of the heat-generating plant.
