FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: turbo-dynamical condition of fluid supplied to the turbine stage is changer by expanding and cooling using a portion of fluid of a turbine stage. Cooled fluid is then supplied to the turbine stage for expanding and producing mechanical energy. Rarefication is created downstream of the turbine stage by increasing kinetic energy of the portion of exhaust fluid which is used for cooling. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 5 cl, 9 dwg
