Abstract RU 2033546 C1

FIELD: gas-turbine engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: fuel is heated up to 350-450° in supplying to nozzles. The supplying velocity is equal to 0.5-2.5 m/s. Fuel is exposed to these temperatures and velocities during 2-4 s. Fuel is then filtered. Fuel can be heated in the presence of catalyst of acceleration of its coking during 1-3 s at the regime of maximum fuel flow rate. The device has fuel manifold with nozzles connected to a fuel source through a pipe line. A hollow heat exchanger is interposed between the fuel source and manifold. A coil pipe is positioned inside the space of the heat exchanger. A filter is mounted at the outlet of the coil pipe from the side of the pipe line. The space of the heat exchanger is in communication with the source of heat carrier. The coil pipe can be fully or partially made of material which is catalyst of fuel coking, e.g. copper.
