FIELD: step electric drives. SUBSTANCE: electric motor has stationary part of eight stators whose axes are located in centers of sides and corners of square contacting each other over generating lines and also contacting nonmagnetic pipe whose axis crosses center of square; it also has moving part of eight armatures joined on both ends. For displacement of toothed region of one phase from other one, adjacent stators or armatures are shifted and locked in position in axial direction through one pitch while armatures or stators arranged axisymmetrically have no such shift. EFFECT: improved operating efficiency of linear motor. 2 dwg
