FIELD: radio transmitting devices. SUBSTANCE: broad-band power amplifier has transistor connected into common-emitter circuit and components matching transistor with field source and load which are built up of capacitor and inductance coil. Capacitor is inserted between transistor emitter and collector. Inductance coil is connected between transistor emitter and common bus. Formulas for determining optimal inductances and capacitances are given in description of invention. Capacitor closes reactive component of emitter current.
