FIELD: grinding of grain. SUBSTANCE: grinder comprises working chamber, cover, milling chamber with ribs on its internal wall, and working tool installed in the chamber on vertical shaft connected to a motor. The working tool is a circular saw provided with diametrically-arranged cutouts. One side of each cutout is bent upward at 45-60 deg while the other one curves bent down at the same angle in the direction of saw rotation. The vertical shaft is offset from central axis of the milling chamber. The working chamber is arranged above the milling chamber, the cover is disposed between the chambers and has ribs on its internal surface, and loading opening. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 4 dwg
