FIELD: cereal processing equipment. SUBSTANCE: method involves continuous feeding of basic product into milling chamber; providing high-speed swirling of basic product and discharging ready product. Central part of milling chamber is vacuumized to enhance feeding of basic product. Apparatus has container for storage of basic product, milling chamber with discharge window, break-through screen mounted in window, cover and working unit mounted on vertical shaft within milling chamber. Feeding device has magnetic catcher and pressure disk. Vertical shaft is offset relative to central axis of milling chamber toward discharge window. Milling chamber cover is formed as truncated cone, whose smaller base is faced to working unit. Cover has central opening where feeding device with magnetic catcher is mounted. Feeding device is adapted to communicate container with basic product and milling chamber. Working unit formed as circular saw has three slots equally spaced and extending tangentially to saw circumference having diameter equal to that of cover smaller base. Slots are oriented in direction opposed to direction of rotation of working unit. Each first edge of slots is bent upward along skew line from center to periphery and each second edge is bent downward in the direction of rotation of working unit at an angle of 45 deg. Pressure disk is positioned above working unit on vertical shaft and has three equally spaced circumferential slots.
