Gear 13 rotates in bearings 10 and 11 on shaft 12, this gear through the slot is engaged with the rack of rod 15 inserted in holder 8. From the top rod 15 is provided with axial passage 17 receiving rod 18 with spring 19, which is positioned between the end of rod 15 and nut 20 that braces ends 21 and 22 of envelopes 23 and 24. Shaft 12 behind bearing 11 through reversing ratchet-and-pawl mechanism 28 is linked with lever 29 with flexible rod 30, handle 31 and button.
