FIELD: transport. SUBSTANCE: chair has seat with backrest and armrests, chassis with electric drive and control member arranged in armrest. Hinge-mounted on rear wall of backrest is collapsible member which forms, when hinged down, an additional seat or load platform. Collapsible member arranged at one level with seat can be furnished with side boards whose height, with member hinged down, is equal to difference in levels of arrangement of upper part of armrest and additional seat. Armrests have upper movable part and lower fixed part connected near backrest by joint with vertical axle and lock to provide turning of armrest through 180 degrees and fixing it in initial and opposite positions.
