FIELD: transport. SUBSTANCE: chain has chassis with frame, front and rear wheels, wheel drive and chair proper installed on frame by means of horizontal cross joint. Frame can be furnished with bow-shaped side members which serve as armrests. They are arranged at both sides from vertical plane passing along longitudinal axis of joint. Drive control panel with free cable is installed at seat. Locks are provided to fix chair at least in two positions. Swivelling chair has base and backrest, preferably, with cushions. Device has additional seat fixed relative to frame and made in form of support plate for base. Planes of base and plate facing each other are joined either directly or through cushions.
