FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves production of oxidizing reagent, washing placenta in neutral solution, separation of amnion, umbilical cord, villous chorion and flat chorion. Then coarse grinding of villous chorion, hemolysis thus prepared tissues in neutral solution and their denaturation in chlorine dioxide are carried out. Then washing against oxidizing solution, and coarse grinding of denaturated amnion, umbilical cord and flat chorion followed by dispersing tissues take places. Mentioned above hemolysis and denaturation of tissues are carried out separately, regimes for denaturation of different tissues being various. EFFECT: increases effectiveness of human placenta usage, enables to conduct sterilization of the product, improves preservation of biologically active compounds.
