FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for producing an extract of human placenta after childbirth at 38-40 weeks of gestation, which can be used, in particular, for treating lymphoedema and chronic venous insufficiency. In the placenta, the umbilical cord and amnion are separated, the chorion is cut into pieces, an aliquot of placental tissue is taken, crushed, washed from blood in running water, the obtained weighed portions of tissue are twice defatted with acetone, washed from residual acetone in running water, transferred into water for injections, acid hydrolysis of the material is carried out for 1 hour at 90 °C with 0.1 M hydrochloric acid, enzymatic hydrolysis is carried out, for which pepsin is added in amount of 50 mg per 5 g of placental tissue and incubation is carried out for 12 hours at 37 °C, after which hydrochloric acid is neutralized with 0.1 m sodium hydroxide and then the obtained sample is centrifuged at a speed of not less than 400 g and the obtained supernatant is frozen in aliquots of 10 ml.

EFFECT: higher therapeutic efficacy of the obtained extract.
