FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: injector has case which has top and lower sleeve, removable reservoir filled with medicinal preparation, spare double-edged needle attached to lower sleeve, button which is spring-loaded at axial direction and mounted in top sleeve, rod disposed above the piston in top sleeve, elements for checking amount of dose. Case has additionally composing bushing disposed between top and lower sleeves and connected with lower sleeve by threaded connection and with top sleeve- by means of special thread which has pitch to be proportional to minimal dose; length of thread corresponds to maximal dose. Support bushing is disposed inside top sleeve coaxially between the button and setting bushing; support bushing is mounted for axial rotation-free motion. Hole of support bushing is profiled and rod passes through the hole; the rod has corresponding cross-section. Top part of the rod is disposed inside the button which is made in form of a cup. There is a threaded hole for rod made in bottom part of the cup. Rod has thread at its external surface. There is a cylindrical bead at top end of the rod; the bead is in contact with internal surface of the button. Lower part of removable reservoir is disposed inside lower sleeve, top part of the reservoir is located inside setting bushing. The button interacts with spring through washer. Setting and support bushings have alternating grooves and protrusions at the contact area; cross-section of the grooves and protrusions are made in form of triangles. Elements for checking amount of dose are made in form of digital scale, longitudinal and lateral annular marks. EFFECT: improved safety; improved reliability. 4 cl, 2 dwg
