FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: pencil-shaped syringe for repeated introduction of individual doses of medication from reservoir made in the form of cylindrical ampule has dose setting member 10,14, which may be rotated to cause rotary displacement of dosing member and combined rotary displacement of member 15 indicating set dose, and piston driving member 22, that shifts piston into cylindrical ampule, when rotated in one direction. Unidirectional coupling is provided between dosing member 18 and piston driving member 22 by means of disks mounted on members 18 and 22. Disks have surfaces with saw-shaped teeth in the form of sectors movable one above the other, when dosing member 18 is rotated in the direction providing setting of dose, and coupled one with another, when dosing member 18 is rotated in opposite direction to urge piston to be introduced into cylindrical ampule. Screw-nut connection 9,10 is positioned between syringe body and dose setting member 10,14. Device 40 is adapted to disengage coupling between piston driving member 22 and dosing member 18 by bringing one coupling disk away from another coupling disk.
