FIELD: metering syringe for medical purposes. SUBSTANCE: proposed syringe comprises casing adapted to accommodate ampoule filled with medicinal preparation and connected with sleeve, to which replaceable needle is fixedly secured. Said syringe components are associated with, and driven by, ratchet-and-pawl mechanism, main components of which are lever, positioners and springs adapted to move rod. Latter is made in form of cylindrical bar consisting of several sections arranged in different planes, each section carrying gear transmission elements applied with different scale adapted to each specific section.
