FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: prepared aqueous suspension with thermal conductivity of solid phase with hydrated surface exceeding 2.5 W/(m.K) is frozen in cooled rigging with the solid crust growth rate within (0,02-0,25)×10-3 m/s and the chilled semifinished product is thermostated at a temperature from minus 15 C to minus 190 C. Then the semifinished product is dried and calcined. If the used suspension has the heat conductivity coefficient of solid phase below 2.5 W/(m.K), freezing should be conducted at the growth rate of the solid crust within the interval of (0,02-0,45)×10-3 m/s. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl
