FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: plant comprises frame, batching feeders of binding materials, material duct, mixer for mixing binding materials with foam, pipelines, foam generator, batching feeder for filler, and mixer. The plant is provided with control unit. Each batching feeder has the form of casing with loading and discharge holes, adjusting and spiral members. The distance between the loading and discharge holes is determined by the relation ≥ 3H where H - height of casing section. Foam generator is made as a casing with ribs on internal surface, hollow shaft perforated in the middle and provided with aerator, and discharge pipe. Mixer is connected with the mixer for preparation of binding materials with foam. The mixer is made as a cylindrical casing with a shut-off gate, and drive shaft with mixing member in the lower part. Internal surface of casing is lined with antiadhesion material. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
