FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: running gear 2 and 3 and car axle of the railway transport vehicle are connected with wheel pairs installed rigidly on axial supports in frames 4 and 5, the car axle 1 being connected without kingpins with frames 4 and 5 via bearing leaf springs 6 and chain link suspension 7. A friction revolving brake device 8 is installed between running gear frames 4 and 5 and car axle 1. Connection between running gears 2 and 3 and car axle 1 is made so that in partly or completely relieved axle of axial suspension the bearing springs 6 of running gears 2 and 3 and, consequently, chain link suspension 7 would be loaded so as to preserve a sufficient return action and sufficient rotary braking of running gears 2 and 3. This is achieved by installing bracing spring between frames 4,5 and car axle 1. Said spring is loaded inversely proportional to loading of bearing springs 6 of running gears 2 and 3.
