FIELD: transport engineering.
SUBSTANCE: motor trolley contains two motor wheelsets (1) installed on the frame (2). Each wheelset contains an axis (3), rigidly installed on it rubber-metal V-shaped coupling (4) to transfer traction-brake moment to axis from the motor-gearbox unit (5) installed on the transverse beam (6) of the frame by means of the rubber-metal hinges (7), and on axis by means of the coupling (4). On axis two wheels (8) are pressed, each wheel has on disk part two brake disks (9) and two journal-boxes (10). To clan rolling surface of the wheels the trolley has drum brake (12) with one drum (13) per wheel on inside surface of the wheel. The trolley frame contains two longitudinal beams (14), their ends are bent at angle about 90° along the frame. On the bent ends of the longitudinal beams from the external surface of each wheel the brake pincer-like gears (16) are installed. The trolley spring suspension is made two-stage. Second stage is made as two pneumatic springs (24).
EFFECT: increased safety of movement due to assurance of stable friction coefficient of wheel with rail, reduced intensity of action on the rail track due to weight decreasing of the motor trolley.
