SUBSTANCE: culture of bacterial strain Pseudomonas fluorescens-2a is grown on the nutrient medium and after culture density 5 g/l (not less as dry biomass) hydrogen peroxide and calcium chloride were added to the medium successively. After this bacterial biomass is applied on the peat moss as 109 bacterial cells (not less) per 1 g peat. EFFECT: improved method of bacterial preparation preparing. 1 tbl
