FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Claimed is method for purification of brackish water and marine objects and ecosystems from oil and oil products. Contact of oil hydrocarbons to be decomposed with biopreparation, consisting of mixture of oil-oxidising strains of cultures Pseudomonas azotoformans VKM B-2762D, Microbacterium species VKM B-2615D, Rhodococcus erythropolis VKM Ac-2613D, taken in ratio 1:1:1 is realised. Titre of cells in final preparation constitutes not lower than 1010 cells per 1 g.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to realise purification of brackish water and marine objects from oil pollutions in the range of temperatures from 0 to 25°C, including purification of water body surface from floating oil, ice and ice slurry from oil, water column from dissolved hydrocarbons, bottom sediments and coastal zone of water objects from precipitated oil.
