BIOLOGICAL PREPARATION FOR CLEANING OF SOILS FROM CONTAMINATIONS WITH OIL AND OIL PRODUCTS, METHOD OF ITS PRODUCTION AND APPLICATION Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC B09C1/10 C12N1/26 

FIELD: biotechnologies.

SUBSTANCE: biological preparation contains biomass of the following bacterial strains: Pseudomonas sp.VKM V-2387D, Pseudomonas putida VKM V-2380D, Rhodococcus sp.VKM As-2532D and Rhodococcus sp.VKM As-2533D in equal proportions for liquid form and dry form of biological preparation. For dry form of biological preparation it additionally contains protective medium at the ratio of biomass : protective medium, which is equal to 1:(1-1.5). This preparation is produced by means of deep cultivation of mixed bacterial association of bacterial strains Pseudomonas sp.VKM V-2387D, Pseudomonas putida VKM V-2380D, Rhodococcus sp.VKM As-2532D and Rhodococcus sp.VKM As-2533D on semisynthetic nutrient medium. Method for cleaning of soils from contamination with oil and oil products includes introduction of working solution of biological preparation as 10 l/m² according to claim 1 in concentration of 1×10⁷-1×10⁸ CFU/ml and complex mineral fertiliser "Ammonium nitrate phosphate" in concentration of 20-200 g/m².

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve efficiency of cleaning of oil contaminated soils namely, makes it possible to execute efficient cleaning in wide range of environmental temperatures, and also under conditions of contamination area salinity.
