FIELD: making holes in ground. SUBSTANCE: working member with open front end is driven in ground by application of impact load. Bailer with percussive mechanism is moved along inner surface of working member to face part of working member. Then, bailer is driven into ground with its core introduced into working member inner hollow by application of impact load produced by percussive mechanism to bailer, and after filling of bailer with ground, its percussive mechanism is switched off. Bailer is moved to discharge ports of working member to be unloaded by application of impact load produced by bailer percussive mechanism. In so doing, before filling of bailer or before its unloading, bailer is connected with working member and sinking of working member into ground mass is performed simultaneously with filling of bailer with ground or with unloading bailer by application of impact load produced by bailer percussive mechanism.
