FIELD: pipeline laying technology. SUBSTANCE: according to method, bore-hole is made by means of appropriate working member, pipeline is introduced into bore-hole, and thixotropic solution is delivered into clearance created between pipeline and wall of bore-hole. Thixotropic solution is delivered by means of solution delivery line which is located in aforesaid clearance. Delivery line is uniformly spread along pipeline section located in bore-hole. Device for realization of method has working member, solution delivery line, unit for delivery of thixotropic solution under pressure, and mechanism for sinking pipeline into bore-hole. Solution delivery line is fastened on external surface of pipeline and is made in the form of tube with closed front end. This tube has through-holes which are uniformly spread over length of tube. Through-holes are intended for discharge of thixotropic solution. Outlet of each through-hole is oriented in direction towards wall of bore-hole. EFFECT: reduced amount of thixotropic solution needed when laying service lines in fissured ground together with reduction of force required for extracting pipeline from ground mass for its repair and maintenance. 5 cl, 4 dwg
