FIELD: optoelectronics. SUBSTANCE: photoelectric module has sealed panels of solar cells provided with sections having longitudinal slots accommodating peripheral portions of panels; it also has locking members at joints of sections and current leads; novelty is introduction of flexible gaskets inserted between panels and walls of section slots and additional slots made in sections to receive current leads by locking members each of which being made in the form of pin with drillings placed in cavities made in section walls; pin drillings are filled with section material. End portions of sections may have bevels so that bevels of adjacent sections are joined. Manufacturing process involves production of solar cell panels with current leads, manufacture of sections with slots for locking members, arrangement of panels in sections, fastening and electrical connection of panels; before panels are joined with sections, flexible gaskets with slots are made and placed on peripheral portion of panels; when panels are joined, locking members are fitted in section slots and material of section walls is indented in slots receiving locking members; electric connection is made by placing current leads in section slots. Current leads of adjacent panels are interconnected after panels are joined. Panels are joined so that their frontal surface lie in same plane.
