FIELD: accelerating engineering. SUBSTANCE: introduced in the accelerating complex, having RF proton accelerator 1, tube for beam spreading and positioning on targets 3, and subcritical neutron multiplying blanket 8, are dipole triplet 4 between accelerator 1 and blanket 8 used for beam turning and circular sweep on the blanket target, n targets 3 and m neutron isolators 9 separating the blanket volume into (m+1) concentric subcritical sections 10 connected in neutron flux via the neutron isolators only in the direction from targets to the blanket axis. Tube 11 with waste is positioned along the blanket axis, and all targets 3 are uniformly spaced in volume of the external multiplying section of blanket 8. EFFECT: decreased power consumption of accelerator at preserved nuclear safety. 1 dwg
