FIELD: veterinary. SUBSTANCE: preparation has, wt.-%: proteins 5-60; amino acids 1.6-5; fatty acids 0.1-12; sugars 2-20; ascorbic acid 0.6-10; water 1-5, and mineral acid salts - the rest. Preparation is prepared by cultivation of virus- and/or nonvirus-induced lymphoid cells of horse following by filtration. Then one part of filtrate is lyophilized, dissolved in buffer solution and added (1:10) to aerosol OT solution, then fatty acids (10-1000 mcg) and sugars (2-20 mg) were added and mixed with 2-5-fold acetone solution. Prepared precipitate is dissolved in saline solution, mixed with the second part of filtrate and lyophilized. Preparation with activity 10 000 U is administrated 2-3-fold by intranasal or parenteral route at the dose 2-4 ml for prophylaxis, and with activity 1 000 000 U is administrated 3-4-fold at the dose 4 ml for treatment.
