FIELD: veterinary. SUBSTANCE: proposed preparation contains (mass %): protein 10-60, amino acids 1.9-5, fatty acids 0.1-15.5, sugars 2.5-30, ascorbic acid 0.9-10, water 1.5, mineral salts the rest. Said preparation is produced by cultivating virus- and/or non-virus induced lymphoid cells of hens followed by filtration. One portion of filtrate is lyophilized, dissolved in buffer solution and then is added at ratio 1:10 into aerosol solution. Then fatty acids (10-1000 micrograms) and sugars (5-20 micrograms) are added and mixing with acetone solution is carried out. Thus prepared precipitate is dissolved in salt physiologic solution, mixed with other portion of filtrate and lyophilized. Preparation having activity 10000 units is used 2-3 times as prophylactic agent intranasally, perorally or parenterally at dose 0.2-1 ml. Preparation having activity 1 mln of units is used 3-4 times for treatment, its dose being 0.2-1 ml. EFFECT: improves quality of preparation. 6 cl, 1 tbl
