FIELD: production of constructional material. SUBSTANCE: grinding apparatus has feeding hopper 1, mixer 2, doser 3 and double-rotor crusher 4. Mixer 2 is made in the form of combined hopper with vertical longitudinal walls and inclined end wall 10. Calibrating screen 11 is disposed adjacent to inclined wall bottom portion. Rotary shaft with cams 13 is disposed above screen 11. Middle portion of mixer 2 is supported by crusher body. Crusher body and mixer body are each provided with support. Working members of rotors are formed as rolls 17. Sealing members 19 are mounted in discharge hole 18 of crusher 4. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 cl, 4 dwg
