FIELD: railway transport; maintenance and repair of tracks. SUBSTANCE: hopper-batcher has frame 1 resting on trucks 2, hopper 3 mounted on frame 1 and provided with inner and outer discharge hatches with covers, inner hatch cover stops 17 limiting cover opening. Stops have extensible member which limits travel of rod of pneumatic cylinder 6. Flow dividers 15 and 16 formed by inclined plates are arranged in lower portion of frame under inner discharge hatches. Lower edges of plates and inner surfaces of covers in position fixed by stops 17 are located in one vertical longitudinal plane. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities and reliability. 3 dwg
