FIELD: environment control. SUBSTANCE: device has strength compartment which is submerged to depth by means of winches and ropes; this compartment is provided with flexible hose which is connected to it by one end on the outside through valve; valve has tow cable for its remote operation; device has system of pumps and pipe lines for pumping dirty liquid from compartment to tank and self-propelled deep-sea vehicle, as well as system for locating the sunken object and automatic system for holding the surface ship in preset point of water area surface in receiving dirty liquid. Deep-sea vehicle is provided with sonar receivers and transmitters for communication with surface ship as well as with mechanical manipulator arms. System for holding the surface ship in preset point has system of anchors and sonobuoys as well as receivers- direction finders for receiving the signals from sonobuoys mounted on board the surface ship; this system is also provided with fore and aft propellers and computer for receiving the coordinates of location of sonobuoys and operating the ship's propellers.
