SUBSTANCE: method involves giving a turned down U-shaped form to a flexible plastic material, deflecting the material inwards at the place, where the loop is formed, and thickening the material margins. The sack has rectangular walls, a lip for pouring the contents out of the sack and a fold in the upper part of the sack having areas bended to form an umbrella-shaped configuration kept as it is with a sealing means.
