FIELD: materials handling. SUBSTANCE: proposed device is designed for closing hole in neck of container containing gas liberating product. Dispensing member located in hole of container neck has outer wall with flange in upper part of wall pointed outwards. Ring-shaped projection in lower part of outer wall is designed for engagement with inner surface of neck. Ventilating device is made in form of conical disk with diameter decreasing outwards in axial direction. Disks are provided with sealing device with sealing surface pointed outwards and displaced for tight engagement with sealing surface on cover pointed downwards.
