FIELD: industry of building materials. SUBSTANCE: cement clinker is burned by delivering raw charge into rotating kiln joined to bar-type cooler and simultaneous feeding of technogenic materials in a free-falling flow on the layer of clinker. Technogenic materials are delivered to end surface of kiln sill. Technogenic materials contain up to 25% of residual fuel. EFFECT: higher productivity of kiln, hydrauic activity of cements, improved specific properties. 2 tbl
