SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and cement production. Production method involves liquid-phase reduction of ferroalloy components in a melting roller chamber and melt slag saturation with lime in a saturation roller chamber, wherein ferroalloy after melting roller chamber is directed for casting and crystallization, and Portland cement clinker after saturation roller chamber is directed for cooling into clinker cooler and cleaning from metal inclusions, wherein clinker cleaning from metal inclusions is carried out in the composition of the cement mixture by means of its selective grinding with subsequent air separation, besides, dust-gas mixture formed in melting chamber is directed to recovery boiler, and dust-gas mixture from saturation chamber and clinker cooler is used as heat carrier during lime burning.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method for combined production of ferroalloy and Portland cement, which increases economic and environmental efficiency of production of ferroalloys and Portland cement.
