FIELD: manufacturing hemiluminescent material. SUBSTANCE: composition contains carbalkoxy phenyl oxalate and a fluorescent compound of formula 1 cited in the original text where X,Y are chlorine and bromine and OROR1 is Z-phenoxy which can be substituted by a lowest alkyl, chlorine bromine, fluorine. RR′ is phenyl substituted as stated above for phenoxy. R is a branched lowest alkyl or alkyl phenyl which can also have a branched alkyl. The fluorescent compound is present at a rate of 0.0005 mole per liter of carbalkoxy phenyl oxalate and solvent solution with carbalkoxy phenyl oxalate and compound 1 being related as 20-40:1.
