FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: method for manufacture of plate includes separation of utilized tiers into members with planes directed along chords; connection of members by means of coupler to ensure their intimate contacting of one another. Prior to separation of tiers, its exterior surface is trimmed to complete removal of cordless layer of rubber, then it is cut to separate tread and its further separation into members. Then, protector part is trimmed from its interior side. After separation, the trimmed surfaces of members are coated with adhesive sealing compound for joining. During joining, members are stacked into rectangular block which is subjected to loading-unloading by compressing in axial direction to fully eliminate gaps, and unloading down to zero load, then, repeated smooth compression is applied to obtain the required size of plate and its fixation. Loading-unloading and fixation of attained sizes of plate are carried out successively by three axes of plate. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
