FIELD: hydraulic structures. SUBSTANCE: partitioning structure comprises tube stack 3 of utilized tyres tightened along generatrices with axial tie members placed in trench 2. Tube stack is included in waterproof cylindrical shell 1 tightened over tube stack with adjustable crosswise tie rods 5. The shells are made of utilized materials. Assembly method provides dipping trench 2 following shell configuration. Tube stack 3 is wrapped with thin narrowed ends of shell 9, which are drawn together using lengthwise adjustable tie rods, fastened to one another on their ends with concurrent adding not washing out material from both band ends of the trench. Then ramming the material is carried out with displacing through thickened band parts of the shell towards the center of the structure. Head plates 6 are installed at the end of assembly.
